Most famous spots aside, the book describes on 352 pages more than 30 bouldering areas and more than 4000 boulder problems in Northern Italy from South Tyrolia to Liguria, from the Aosta Valley to Parma!
Even the far-travelled boulder expert will be impressed by the possibilities and the sometimes breathtaking landscape of these areas!
Granite, gneiss, dolomite, sandstone, porphyry, serpentinite and all that in nearly all possible variations and forms - The great variety of different kinds of rock is impressive. And so is the landscape of the different areas. From the quiet high mountain valley with transcontinental ambience to the mediterranean boulderspot close to the sea can be found everything.
