pouanaiak.comFinally last Sunday they managed to free this new route and name it
Lurgorri.
The route is 250m long, and the most difficult pitch is the first one, 8c+ (35m): it goes through a big roof with no bolts!
The route has 6 pitches in total: L1, 8c+; L2, 7b; L3, 7a; L4,5; L5,7c+; L6, 4
The longest and most psycological is the 5th one: 8 bolts in 55m!
Although they preplaced protections for the redpoint, including pitons, the brothers used a minimum number of bolts on the route, including no bolts on the first 8c+ overhanging pitch that starts the climb.
